Deep Passer:The Gunslinger's Holy Cross, the player is so accurate in medium to long range he leaves the imprint of the football into the receiver's chest or perfectly zinged deep ball where only the WR can catch i down fieldt.

Good idea to remove some VAs and make them into SAs!

First, I think a lot of these suggestions are taking the form of VAs, as opposed to SAs. If you want VA suggestions, I can do those as well, but I'll stick with SAs for now.

Pocket Passer: Stand Tall: I'm not sure about the exact description, but it would give a vision bonus to quarterbacks when inside the pocket.

Deep Passer: Over the Top: The over the top skill gives the QB a bonus to leading his receiver on deeper routes, and makes it tougher for the defender to deflect the pass by throwing it over the top of him. (Bonus to leading receiver, pass quality on deep routes, 15+ yds)

Scrambler: Scramble: The Scramble ability gives this QB the ability to move around and avoid sacks to extend the play. (Bonus to breaking sacks, and bonus to speed/agility while behind the LOS)

Power HB: I don't know about a name, but an ability to give the RB a bonus to momentum (speed+strength?) when he sees a defender in front of him would simulate some running backs attacking the defender and delivering the hit to him, instead of vice versa

HB Elusive: Hurdle: Simply give a bonus to jumping over diving tackles.

FB Blocking: We've already got Lead Block and Spot Blitz. What else do we need?

WR Speedster: Catch In Stride: Give the WR a bonus to catching the ball while he's a "top speed" or reduce his need to slow down to catch the ball?

WR Possession: Good Hands: This WR knows how to use his hands to catch the pass, and doesn't let it get into his body. Increase the ability to hold on to passes? (Remove Possession Receiver SA?)

WR Power: If we allow WRs to pick out of position SAs as a bonus, he can grab something from the PB tree, so maybe giving him a bonus to "fighting" with the defender? Fight for Catch: This could give the WR a bonus to catching passes in tight, multiple or single coverage due to his ability to fight for the ball, and give him a quick bonus to breaking tackles (similar to YAC attack)

TE Blocker: Seal the Edge: Give the TE a bonus to sealing the edge on outside runs or pitches (bonus to seeing and holding blocks on defenders)

TE Power: Could be similar to WR

Strength DL: Bull Rush - Give a bonus to driving OL backwards

Coverage LB: IDK about names, but giving them a bonus to covering HBs and TEs would be nice.

Blitzing LB: IDK about a name, but give a bonus to acceleration when blitzing on a passing play

Hard Hitting LB: Lift and Drive: Give a bonus to preventing ball carrier from gaining any more yards, and actually pick him up and carry him BACKWARDS. Forward progress would count, but it could be a morale reduction being lifted and driven backwards a yard or two.

Hard Hitter Secondary: Reckless Abandon: Bonus to knocking passes loose, or perhaps % increase to forcing a fumble within X amount of time after a catch.

Boomer Kicker: Out of the Endzone: Give a boost to kick off distance

Power HB - Bulldozer
This player knows how to effectively balance his weight in order to resist the defender's attacks. The Bulldozer skill increases the energy used by a defender when attempting to bring this player down, specially against wrap-up tackles.

Additional Levels:
Increases defender energy usages by even more.

Lots of great suggestions so far, but it wouldn't hurt to have more.

Zone secondary - Pattern reader

This player remembers what he sees on the field. He receives a bonus to recognize plays and jump routes that he has seen before in the game.

Mechanical notes: like the RPP, but kicking in faster/with the bonus applying to each route/set of routes the player covers. E.g. if a corner has seen a given WR run a 7 yard curl before, he gets a bonus to jump the route on a 7 yard curl regardless of whether the rest of the play is the same. Possibly providing a confidence bonus instead of/in addition to vision.

Done, but that might actually get less traffic, knowing stickies.

Man Specialist Secondary - Step For Step
This DB is great at matching receivers footsteps, each level of Step For Step decreases the loss of speed of the DB when turning against any 'drag' or 'out' routes.

WR Speedster - Go Deep
Each level of Go Deep increases the WR's speed when running a 'streak' route.

Zone Specialist Secondary - Stay At Home
Each level of Stay At Home increases the speed of this DB when returning to their zone after leaving it to follow a receiver.

WR Possession - Hand Signals
This WR lets his QB know where he wants it. For each level of Hand Signals this WR gains a bonus to catching passes with a defender close by.

TE Receiver - Tough Assignment
This TE is hard to cover, and can be a handful for even the quickest LBs. For each level of Tough Assignment this TE gains a bonus to catching passes when being covered by a LB.

Hard Hitter Secondary - Highlight Tackle
Each level of Highlight Tackle increases this DB's chance of causing a forced fumble when making a tackle at top speed. (Not entirely sure how to word it, but basically if the DB makes the hit whilst running at/near their top speed capability then this activates or something...)

FB Scat Back - Last Resort
This FB is great at helping his QB out. Each level of Last Resort gives this FB a bonus to catching passes when the QB has looked at 3 or more receivers before the FB.

OL Pass Blocking - Smothered
This OL knows how to use an opposition player's own momentum against them. Each level of Smothered gives this OL an increased chance to force their opposition to the ground when pass blocking.

Blitzing LB - Untouchable
This LB is a great pass rusher, and is hard to control. Each level of Untouchable makes it harder for opposition OL to engage him. (Not sure about the coding on this one, not sure if there is an "engage block roll" or whether it just happens, but something which makes it harder for OLers to stop the LB from going untouched)

Coverage LB - Read The QB
This LB knows the opposition's QB's tendencies. Each level of Read The QB gives this LB an increased chance to resist pump fakes and also gives a bonus to reaction time when the QB throws a pass to a receiver being covered by somebody else. (Again not great wording, but essentially gives the LB a considerable bonus to leaving the assignment and moving to where the ball is thrown when it is released. Similar to the 'swarming' effects that were happening with the Ball Hawk/Zone Spec pre-nerf. Might be a bit overpowered, maybe limit it so it only applies when in man coverage.)

Speed DL - Persistence
This DL knows that his secondary is in trouble if he doesn't get pressure fast. Each level of Persistence gives this DL a bonus to breaking blocks if the QB has had 3 seconds or longer in the pocket.

HB Combo - Unpredictable
Defenders don't know whether this HB will truck them or fake them. Each level of Unpredictable gives this HB a bonus to breaking tackles or to fake chance depending on how often they fire. Starting at 0/0, each successful fake will slightly increase his tackle breaking chance, and each successful broken tackle will slightly increase his fake chance.
(This may sound overpowered, but the bonus would have to be small. It would promote true combo building to take advantage of the bonuses offered. If a HB has this at a high level, and throws a ton of fakes because that's the way he is built, he will have a sizeable increase in his break tackle chance, but that won't help out much unless his original break tackle chance is decent. Similarly if a HB has a ton of broken tackles, he is unlikely to be built in a way to really take advantage of the fake chance boost.)

Alternatively:
HB Combo - Unpredictable
Defenders don't know whether this HB will truck them or fake them. Each level of Unpredictable gives this HB a bonus to breaking tackles when they have faked out a defender. (Eg breaking a tackle on a dot that has shrunk due to fakeout.)

I like the first unpredictable. The second is pretty weak, since it only works one way (unless you can somehow break a tackle and still need to fake the same guy, which is pretty rare)

Yeah the only problem is if you have one of those god mode HBs who actually does fake/break all the time you're looking at a pretty dominant SA lol.

Also will be absolutely disgustingly good in blowout games.

you know... I don't know whether i'm surprised that a lot of these ideas are more likely VA ideas (bonuses to other SAs working isn't a SA) or the fact that I'm surprised by this.

Every single one of these should be adding something new to broaden the build, or something completely new to the game that would have to be created... not just playing to the archetype's strengths. GTFO with "this SA gives a bonus to fakes" for elusive archetypes, etc.
