I think we should all make uninformed statements about the admins and speak very negatively about something that we spend a lot of our time on.

...looks like you beat me to it. Bravo

related issue on hurries:

has anyone else noticed that blitzing DBs are far less likely to get credited with forcing a hurry than DEs and LBs, even if they get as close or closer to the QB? is this because the QB possibly doesn't see/hear them (and therefore doesn't feel any pressure)?

Amazing that a QB and OLs can "sense" 100% of blitzes before the snap but then some of those blitzers won't get credited with a hurry even if they are on top of the QB when he throws.

I have seen that a lot with CBs, the CB will basically be riding the QB when he throws and it won't count as a hurry

Isn't that related to that change they made some time ago to make players with more strength and tackling cause more "hurry pressure" on the QB? Maybe players with low strength and tackling cause so little that until they tackle, he won't get rid of the ball.

... Which does give rise to a new interesting type of strategy

Agreed BUT.. and I have said this for a long time...

The problem is newer players don't give a rats ass about the End build... and after the rookie curve goes away...

The lower and mid levs of this game is where 80% of the user base plays... It is the feed and lifeline of the game...

You don't do something to keep the lower levs happy.. little by little the feed of new agents dries up...

I am amazed that after the outcry for this a few season back.. that there is nobody paying any mind to how the sim plays for the lower and mid lev teams...

I understand how the game is made.. I understand that it's made as a whole and with the top levs as the base....

What I still don't understand is why most of the staff simply seems not to give a damm about the age groups where most of the users play... It's the feed for the future for Gods sake.....

I'm told the balance at WL is solid right now.. most pro teams are seeing a decent game....

but with so many agents in the lower and mid levs.. I think the staff needs to take ownership.. Put a admin in change of watching over the mid levs and lower levs.. so they can sort through the BS and get to the heart of the problem...

I have fought for the lower and mid lev teams for seasons... Catch and Mike have both shown some interest in trying to get them on target.. in the end it has always come down to.... "First we need to fix the W/L and pro age problems" Then we will look into the mid and lower levs...

well.... I think it's time... every day you forget about the feeder ages.. you lose more people.....people that will simply not stay around long enough to see just how nice the game plays in pro and W/L... Is it so much to ask to get 1 admin that is assigned to watch over the lower and mid ranged dots? Or is it that there is simply no desire to do so?

Here is the reality of it. If you want to group it into Lower/Mid/End game levels. 40% of this game is lower level, 20% of this game is Mid level, and 40% of it is end game. That is the current makeup of this game.
