There needs to be a new tactic for HBs about how they react with a FB or pulling Guard lead blocking for them. There would be three options as with most other tactics:

As it stands, a lot of HBs end up running past FBs/pulling Gs on plays, essentially making the FB/G a wasted blocker since the HB is already 3-5 yards downfield if the FB/G finally makes a block. These tactics would be able to help that and cause HBs to actually follow behind lead blockers like they do in real football.
EDIT: Changed to include pulling Guards, since one some play HBs plow straight ahead before th G can pull far enough to kick out the OLB and spring the HB to the second level.
