I like this idea, I read it twice to understand it completely and my FB has been on the same team for 3 Seasons. Would there be rollover chemistry though?
Would it be reset to an amount every season and when you get a new team, will be set to a different number. Sorry for bagging on you, greatest idea I could look at.

I read the post, but not the following replies, so I apologise if this has been mentioned, but perhaps the +chemistry can come from training, requires certain tokens, like shopping, to be able to do?
