I'm loving this game! If this idea gets done then it's almost going to be like real football!

Good job adding to the thread, n00b.
Do you Flame everyone?
Fail. And you know why I'm flaming him, so stop avoiding being transparent.

good idea, maybe add coordinator and player chemistry, if they don't get along the player is less likely to play to how the coach wants them to. idk how you would create this chemistry though unless there were player character types that effected how a player got along with a coach

The way this is put isnt too great. I understand why you would do it but not sure whats changing. I dont like the going bowling thing to boost chemistry i dont really get that. It does make sence if youve had the same teammates for a few seasons it would help your awareness. So i guess your suggesting to break up Off chemistry and Def chemistry into more categories. What will this even do for in game? Vision/Confidence boost?

I'm not suggesting breaking up the team chem, off chem and def chem at all, actually...this would work in TANDEM with those things, on a small basis, only benefiting those players who've stayed together for a long time in a certain 'group' on the team, such as Linebackers, for example...
Say the team has to get rid of a few good players just because of whatever reason in the offseason, but none of those players are Linebackers. Let's say they had to let go their starting QB, starting HB, and two backup Cornerbacks.
That would affect team chem, off/def chem, as well as lower the QB/Receiver, HB/FB, and DB positional chemistry, but leave the LB positional chemistry intact...letting that group of guys still have a very keen grasp on how they play together and be MORE effective still, while the other positions may go in reverse for a season or two until they can build up some positional chemistry with the new additions.
I'd advise re-reading the O.P. because it seems like you didn't make it to the bottom.
