You have absolutely no clue how the sim works, which would be fine if you kept your thoughts to yourself. While it is quite evident at jbololick is a douchbag, I will say that jdbolick/milehigh/bhall are correct here. If a WR is on exact route running, the only way his route changes (before the end of the scripted route) is reacting to an inaccurate QB throw. QB's lead based on current WR trajectory, so if your WR is running a curl but your QB insta-throws it to him, it may end up being a 10 yard streak.
If the WR is "wiggling" during their routes before the ball is being thrown, your WR is on "creative" route run.
