While I agree. Wasn't it you that made the point in MHS's thread that it probably wasn't helping your RQB?

fwiw everything I have seen in terms of hurdle and anyone with a power build has been substantial evidence that Hurdle is quite a significant advancement on their build. Not really something you can just look at statistics and see but more so on the pitches which of course I run a ridiculous amount of.

scat on a rHB that has 80+Catching. total waste of SP.

I don't understand the "agility" being overrated. I had great success with a 100 agility CB he was able to get back after getting faked way quickly and all those short routes he was toe to toe. SO far my best CB. Even if WR got higher end speed they arent burning him.

I disagree with many of your assessments. Thank goodness there are still a few sane people who get it.

I'm torn on jumping in general for receivers. I suspect that it plays a role in the catch-ball roll but that it doesn't routinely show up in the "jumping catch" verbage in each play's readout.

Well that is pretty much nonsense as 80+ catching isn't all that great. Plus you are using scat back in tandem with Route Run, quick cut, and First Step which provides you with the maximum route running ability.

I used to be a believer in CB agility until Bort explained that the times where you don't stick with the WR on a 90 degree cut is actually a failed vision check.

yeah I had someone who tried 100 vision CB and they werent that great to be honest. I'm still trying it myself to see but looks like agility is underrated to be honest and not overrated for a CB

Yeah CBs are an interesting discussion. Is Deflect % pieces a waste of SP? Would those SP be better invested in avoid fake or even more strength? But In the spirit of this thread though, CBs in general tend be built with more agility than vision when it should be the other way around.

From what I've tested, a CB with avoid fake and Super Vision is far more efficient than a CB with deflect ball%. But thats only my opinion. I try to have both (Defect ball and avoid fake) with a make tackle %.
