Here's an outline of what i would do with doctors, coaches, and Psychologists

Teams need staffs like when injuries are added all of the following can be added and all are CPUs the ones that have the biggest effect obviously cost more than the ones with the lesser effects

First of team doctors there would be 2 types of doctors well actually more I'll explain
Specialists- A certain type of doctor that can work better on a type of injury but he is weaker in the other areas of injuries I.E: Say one doctor is a specialist in sprains of the body so he can work on any player that injuries him self by for example spraining an ankle. How ever he's not going to work on someone as well that for example fractured a rib.

Then General doctor- A "jack of all trades" that can work all types of well but isn't as strong as a specialist in where the specialists expert.
There would be a limit of 2 specialist and 1 General doctor on a team

Kind of similar to the medical technician idea but changed.

Then Team Physiologist
Simple not really fleshed out idea about the team Physiologist but one i would like to see.
Chemistry Physiologist- A Physiologist that can improve the chemistry of teams in all parts.
Then a Morale/confidence physiologist- A physiologist that can improve the whole teams morale and confidence in games he serves almost as an auto trainer towards confidence.
There would be a 1 limit per team

Then Team coaches. Each team can hire a limit 2 coaches to work on the team.
Team coaches can help certain parts of the team like the receivers, the O-line, the D-line, etc. This idea can be paired with the multiple positional chemistry (check epic threads to see what that is) but anyway an
O-line coach- For example will help the O-line players, performance in games by increasing there morale, positional chemistry and stamina during games.

Psychologist =/= Physiologist.

Although having a team psychologist might be nice.
Helping out players with their problems, getting them out of their "down" phase.
Possibly increase morale, and maybe give one of those +5 boosts if they haven't been performing well.
