Back to the original topic.... The Luxury-Tax seems like a good idea. ( for People with pimped-out stadiums and tons of cash)
[[Maybe even a 1% chance per season of a "fatal flaw" developing in one of the expansions...?]] That could add a bit more depth.(Seeing as in RL contractors arent always perfect, and even IF the work is done perfectly well, other contributing-factors can cause failures of structures...) Earthquakes, tornados & hailstorms(like we get here in the midwest) , Hurricanes (like Katrina hit New Orleans NFL stadium) , all contribute to stadium expansions needing money occasionally for upkeep / repairs and such...
*Edit* Forgot to add: If the "Fatal Flaw" hits, requires "rebuilding costs" equal to original cost of expansion.

Dome would tie into weather a dome does not have any weather. I think this is a necessity becuase iw ont be the first one to admit this game can get boring. When is fame coming?

I didn't read through all the comments because there were 8 pages of them...

But I like the idea, and have one mild problem with it.. The increase in moral/concentration for the home team would only work, in my eyes, with a restructuring of the schedule to include playing each divisional team twice.

Concessions inventory.

Season 6 perhaps? A must have!

My only problem with this is what if your chemistry is always at 100% or just below that? Would you gain anything at all for adding some of these? My team has never been below 95% at any point in any season except the first.

I would like to see more inventory added to the concession stand as well as making the conecession stand more involving like having to order supplies for each game

Great idea. There has to be a way to help you differentiate your stadium from others around the league. In the pros and AAAs most teams are now done with their stadiums. Things can be done to help fan support, gain revenue, etc.
