Other stadium additions:

I put this in a new thread... sorry, I didn't see this one.

1. Catering Service (for the loges... increase to your high income people)
2. Club level lounge (the place where medium income people go to be snooty together)
3. Escalators (people more likely to purchase upper level seats)
4. Pretzel Stand / Ice Cream Stand / Sushi Stand (all have their various plusses and minuses. Like the sushi is great for teams with high income fans).
5. Team Hall of Fame (must be 5+ season old team, helps fan happiness)
6. Wall of Champions (only for teams who have won a championship in their league)

Obviously, these will need some work regarding income/expense/upkeep

great ideas! building doctors/trainers as well as players is a good idea as well.

I mentioned improved Concession Stands that would add more products. Maybe "Improved Pro Shops", would be similar to Improved Concession Stands.

Any other ideas?

Improved Concession -

The are many possible things:
Signing Days, fans go along to meet the star players for instance. (Could directly tie into each players fame/team fame over all).
You could add more food for instance.
Even have events held or concerts on the days the team aren't playing.

The only problem is where does the money come from to purchase all of these upgrades and perform the maintenance?

The only income that teams have are ticket sales and concessions sales
