Why do people still think that this is what Vision does?

Vision does not mean 20/20 Vision.

Its Intelligence, Awareness. Its that 6th Sense that all successful football players must have.

Its knowing where the ball is going to be thrown, before its even released.

Its knowing whether or not the play is going to be a run or pass, before the ball is even snapped.

It is NOT so you can 'see' the ball, 'see' the field, or anything else even remotely close to that.

By "see the ball" I meant awareness of where the ball is. AKA When to turn around to catch it when your running routes, where the ball is going to be thrown, etc. A WR with low vision will have a lot more dropped passes than a WR with higher vision, thus making vision important.

My WR has the lowest vision by 15 points out of the WRs on the team he's on, and yet he has the least drops and is the most productive WR on the team. He had +1000yards in the regular season, and currently has 233yards and 3 TDs in 2 playoff games.

He also has around 90 speed and 60-70 agility. I don't think vision is that important for DEs.

With things like SA's and vision I very much doubt he has 90 speed. Mid-to-low 80's I'll give you though.

Vision is a great skill for alot of positions. WR is not one of those positions. Vision does not directly corrolate to catching, I can assure you.

128 catches. 14 drops. Low vision.
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=46636

As you get faster you need more catching to track the ball. A level 2 with 20 catching catches better than a level 20 with 40 catching because the low level player is moving slower, hence can catch the ball easier.

Also as your catching goes up, the bubble of passes you attempt to catch raises, resulting in more drops as well as more completions.

You will never have zero drops as a WR, whether you have 15 vision or 70 vision. Well actually perhaps the 70 vision WR would have zero drops cause he never gets thrown at because he's not open...

90 is not all that hard to reach in a single stat, with all of the equipment going into it, and we all know that reaching 61 in a stat is a piece of cake. There's plenty left for secondary attributes and SA.

My LB and CB have really high vision and both are machines. My CB lead SA Pro in INTs and INTs for TDs and my LB had 6 picks and took 5 of those back to the house.

Im assuming we are talking about Julius Dee
soft caps vision and second caps agi and plus the special plus all other stats, no way in hell can he have 90 spd.

Your build is great and works, his build is hella crazy and it includes lots of vision. vision may not be important for you but it your build is not that same as everyone else build
