-RB's are so obviously under-utilized in this game and it's sad. The majority of teams in GLB use a pass first offense similar to the New England Patriots and are leaving RB's to around 10 rushes if that and 50 yds or less.

-My LVL 23 RB is very well built but has never reached his full potential because GLB is a pass first game.

-As a whole, the disparity between the passing game and running game is unbelievable. I'm beginning to wish I made a QB or WR instead of an RB. . .

Well the top 3 teams in my conference are run first.

Maybe its your RB, probably non booster, with an average of less than 1.5 yards a rush.

How do you reach level 23 without boosting?

It doesn't help that your team is 3-8 and always playing from behind. I mean, everyone runs a lot when they're playing catch up... right?

I have searched and I am speaking about my career not just this one team.

I have GM'ed teams in other countries besides the USA.

It's pretty hard to get to 23 at this stage, when you start in Season 1 without boosting.

You had 265 carries in your first season and 303 in your second season... How many carries do you expect to get in a season? 250-300 is normal for a full-time back in the NFL.

Wow and you say no team you GM for is running , yet SA Saints have an avg of 22,3 rushes pr game by their starting RB alone .

Hmmm .

If you look at game by game results you will see the disparity.

I didn't say that no team I GM is running. I said as a whole GLB is by far a passing game.

I see a lot of running teams but also a lot of passing teams. I think the real problem is most teams aren't balanced so it tends to make things look a certain way.
