#3 If you're not a coordinator, then plateau is the boring part of the build. With a faster progression building is probably going to be much more enjoyable.
the problem for Pro has been lack of dots to fill teams, so this helps that issue
also, get rid of the ability for plateau dots to be in regional pro
maybe 2nd year decliners can join but having plateau dots in regional pro while there were CPU's in National Pro was dumb
