16 teams running at less than optimal strength. Looks like an overall down year.
SLAP has 3 empty rosters
Pacific will have an empty roster team in the playoffs, 5 overall empties.
Europe has 5 overall weak or empty with a really weak team making the playoffs.
NAPL has 3
EDIT: One interesting team will be Back Street with their studly builders and coordinators. They will be under leveled but could be dangerous come playoff time. They could perhaps pull an upset. Lacking the L74 boost is too much to ask in terms of winning it all.

the guy never bothered to coordinate a game since the birth of those dots, very good EL builder though.

Always knew you guys were the team to beat at this level. Not caring through multiple tiers with smart coordinators and dot builders tough to beat. Looking forward to the challenge though
