For the sake of this argument, it doesn't matter how many teams are left in GLB, whether it's 40 or 4,000: if all-running teams were as abusive and unstoppable as you say they are, then almost all of the teams in GLB would be all-running teams. Source: all of GLB history. Back when I-Slam was an unstoppable play, everyone ran I-Slam until Bort nerfed it. Same thing when Strong-I Slam was overpowered until Bort nerfed it too. Back when passing was overpowered waaaaay back in the mists of time, more and more teams were abandoning the run until Bort nerfed passing to bring balance back to the game. Any time in GLB's history that something was discovered to be overpowered, the majority of teams pounced on it until Bort nerfed it.
A tiny fraction of GLB's current slate of teams are all-running teams. That percentage would be higher if all-running teams were abusive and over-powered. Fact. And if Bort thought all-running teams were abusive, he would've altered the game to bring them under control just like he did with other overpowered and abused strategies. Fact.

Look around you, man: the people who actually know what they're talking about aren't saying that Palm Bay abuses flaws in the sim. In fact, they believe the exact opposite: that my all-running offense has zero chance of succeeding in the long run. They're all counting the days until we finally run out of gas, and in the meantime they're taking us seriously and game-planning to try to hasten our demise. And a few of them have actually figured out some fantastic ways of keeping our "abusive" offense very much in check. If our offense was as over-powered as you say it is, that wouldn't be possible.
Hell, ask Kenshinzen, the owner of the team you have dots on: he's made it abundantly clear he doesn't like all-running teams and thinks they're bad for the health of GLB, an opinion I disagree with but still respect. But he's never said I'm abusing flaws in the sim. When Athens and Palm Bay play, he plays to beat us, and Athens is currently 3-4 against Palm Bay and usually plays us pretty close even when they lose. He knows we're not unbeatable -- he knows what it takes to beat us, and he's willing to do it.
Just because you don't understand how to beat us does not mean we're unbeatable. Just because you don't understand how to beat us doesn't mean we're abusing the sim. It just means you don't understand how to beat us. Maybe try talking to a few people who DO understand how to beat us.
