That is 100% just all my points.

I have tried several different computers, iPad and phones and different browsers all with same problem, I don't have any option to accept the forum rules. My account has been verified like a million times by now. New to the game so maybe this isn't a game for me.

Well, I figured you were mocking him or me, but wasn't sure which one. Either way, not particularly helpful, but whatever.

Well, you can still play the game. The stuff you can't access, while annoying, isn't game-breaking.

I can play the game, but I cannot change the replay style. I only have the flash option, as I cannot save any of the other options. I haven't seen any of the other replay option, but the flash option is really annoying, as I have to give this site access to use flash with every login. I am trying to help with the defense and need to watch plays.

Okay, gotcha -- and actually, that WILL become game-breaking in a few more months, when many browsers will cut off Flash entirely.

Can you post screenshots of what you see on this page?

What, exactly, happens if you change the Replay Style from Flash to 20 fps and click Update at the bottom?

I cannot hit the update buttom, as it is inactive, as if isnt there at all. i can see the buttom but not touchable.
