I have confirmed my email, but I have to accept the rules before the account is updated.

There should be an 'I Accept' button somewhere. If you're doing this from your phone, it might not show. See if you can use a normal computer and if that helps. Otherwise you might have to message Support.

If you're on your phone put it in landscape mode.

Thanks, but I have tried Safari on iPad, Chrome and Edge on my PC but no box to see.

Partly true, but I cannot change anything on the account options.

Yeah, that's true... if you're not verified, you shouldn't be able to post. But you're able to post, so you're done. Nothing more to worry about.

Sounds like a compatibility bug issue. If you've contacted support, make sure they know everything you're experiencing, the device you use to access GLB, and the operating system. The more info they get, the more they can either fix it or get around it. We get compatibility bug issues every now and then. Support can usually fix or get around or offer an alternative.

That was a waste of time and no help what so ever. This was the reply after second try:

Try using another browser, or updating your browser or clearing your cache. Seems like a browser issue.

I have tried all the mentioned but I cannot seem to accept the rules anywhere on this site. If I just could be pointet to the page where I should accept the rules, that would maybe have been helpfull.

Try on a different computer -- at work, at the library, at a friend's house.

I'm sure Support's answer is frustrating, but there are literally millions of different combinations of computers, browsers, operating systems, and even browser plug-ins in-play here, and it's impossible to account for every last one of them when designing a website browser game like this one.

When something weird like this comes up and none of the basic solutions work, there's a decent chance that -- as annoying as it is to hear -- it's a browser issue. It could be a weird artifact with your browser's privacy settings or pop-up blocker too. There have been times when I couldn't get a website to work, and even though I was ABSOLUTELY ONE-HUNDRED PERCENT CONVINCED that it had nothing to do with my privacy or pop-up blocker settings, I tried temporarily turning them off, juuuuust in case, and... well, whaddya know, the site works now, even thought it makes ZERO sense that turning it off would make a difference!

Basically, just mash buttons. Try random shit. If you think of an idea to try and convince yourself it won't work and it's not worth trying, try it anyway. This is life on the Internet in 2020... stuff USUALLY works, except when it doesn't, and when it doesn't it's usually up to you to find a workaround yourself. The alternatives are either everyone uses identical computers and software setups with zero customization ability, or website designers spend three years testing their websites on different and increasingly-obscure hardware/software configurations before hitting Publish.

I think their point is, that something should have popped up for you to accept the rules, and if it didn't it's a browser issue. The fact that you are posting, and have dots means you did something right. So I'm confused what your issue is

His issue is that, until he accepts the rules, he can't edit any of his Account Settings. That means he can't change his replay settings, update his password, stuff like that. He can still play the game and post in the forums, but there are other things that remain inaccessible to him until he accepts the rules. But on his computer, it's not letting him accept the rules for some reason.
