Yes. Though he does have a hankering for his WR's

He did pick my DT (only DT to get double figure sacks and +40 hurries) and my LB (most Int's by an LB and 3rd most PD's by an LB)

GG Chiefs!

Tough game, taking it in extra time. Much closer this time than in the league.

GG Revenge, After the pick 6 and then lost fumble in the red zone I was hoping I'd get a break eventually, the ST's TD followed by a pick was huge.

You guys are awesome for cas pro.....Love it! See you next ssn.

First, evidently owner BostonTerrier didn't read my last update when I said good luck to all except those playing against me. Have to admit - tough putting up 53 and losing...that one will sting me for awhile. Even with my team out the show must go on.

ROUND 1 RECAP
-Chile pulled the stunner over NFJF winning a high scoring wild west shootout 58-53.
-Gag shinned against LG winning 45-3.
-Chiefs rolled over the Gorillas 73-14.
-Sofia broke the Revenge's heart with a 13-0 4th quarter winning 26-23 (madrocker4, starting a support group for those of us heartbroken with our GLB loses).

WEST
Chile Chupacabras @ Running Gag:
Lifetime Record: 8-2 in favor of Gag.

Running has reeled off eight straight in this series and among the two regular season games won this season they beat Chile in the playoffs last season (51-3). Give Chile their due, they got blasted in week one by 48 by Gag but held a bit firmer in the second game (week 15) 29-7. Chile is averaging only 7 ppg against Gag and something will need to give for them to be competitive in this one. They were able to force turnovers and hit some big plays in their round one upset and will need a dash of luck to de thrown the defending champions. Coming in as heavy underdogs don't count the Chupacabras out - this is why the dots settle things on the field.

GAG REFLEX
1. Put the pedal down fast and hard. Don't let Cinderella hang around to midnight.
2. Punch in TD's vice kicking FG's (trust me, it will help).
3. Make them play from behind as it's hard to catch up with a run based O.

CHILE - NO BEANS
1. Need to force some turnovers.
2. Must limit the big yardage on those RB dump offs.
3. Need to put points up early to keep pace with Gag.

I got stunned by Chile but I don't think Gag will be caught off guard as they want to defend their title in the championship game. Look for Gag to be too strong on O here and they'll pull out the win...31-6.

Misc. In S64 Chile beat Gag in games to take the season series at 2-0 but have since dropped eight straight.

Sofia Spiders @ Charlestown Chiefs
Lifetime Record: 20-15 in the Chiefs favor.

Talk about a rivalry. These two first met up in season 23 and the Spiders got the W 23-10. Oddly enough, the first time these two met up in a conference championship game was in S26. The Spiders again took home the W (23-10). Thirty five times these teams have met up since that initial July 31, 2011 game and I've never seen two owners who hate each other more. I don't know if it was the mom or wife or kid trash talk that seems to come out when they meet up but it's a dog eat dog world where there's no love lost. One thing I like about this game is we have the leagues hottest team in Sofia against the best on the season in the Chiefs. These two split winning away from home while the Chiefs won the neutral site game during the tourney action. A lot going on here so we'll take a look at what each can do to win this one.

SPIDER BITES
1. You win the low scoring slug fest type games - keep it a defensive battle and the Chiefs will wilt.
2. Don't throw a mess load of picks.
3. Don't let the Chiefs O dominate the TOP - get them off the field.

CHIEF TOMAHAWKS
1. Have you two All-League CB's - create those picks and convert to points.
2. 234 yards rushing in the high scoring win versus 98 yards rushing in low scoring loss...do the math.
3. Turn this into a shootout.

I generally like hot but I also like the best. I believe my #1 on the Tomahawk will come through and Patton Jr. will throw some costly picks in a tight contest...27-23.

Good luck to all!

Thanks MK. I definitely expect our matchup with the Spiders to be a nail biter once again.
