You were winning thru a good part of the game, the last 4 minutes we went for the jugular vein.

If I might add to this, I was informed just today at work from my father that a dear friend and genuine great person was taken from us last night. My family is very upset but we need to live life the way Barb would have wanted us to, that is to be positive and do good things onto others. She was one of the sweetest people iv ever known ever.
Best wishes to all
Sorry to hear that Sellars

appreciate the prayers fellas. GG today chico and gl the rest of the season. As for my son, he is making progress but not much. Doctors are confused with his slow progress and thought he would be healed and out of the hospital by now but they are saying he is progressing so thats atleast positive. SO all we can do is be patient still.

Seeing that pic of the baby above your name makes my heart heavy for you brother. Having a fresh memory of my daughter being born a year and a half ago, I can understand your fears and concerns. Keep the faith my friend!

appreciate it. And thats one of the good pictures, you cant see any of the tubes or wires really. He has IV in hand, three different monitors on chest.stomach. Monitor on bottom of foot. Tube down throat to help oxygen escape. Feeding tube down his nose. And oxygen tubes in his nose. Just breaks our hearts to see him. Luckily he got the IV out last night and his oxygen level was lowered enough tonight that if he remains stable they will remove the tube down his throat tomorrow morning. So crossing our fingers.

I haven't checked this forum this season until now but that is a heavy sadness corey.
I am not religious but can tell you not to lose faith. My sister had to have triple heart bypass surgery when she was born and has been given a short future multiple times over the past 25 years.
Sorry to hear about your loss Sellers.

Thanks. And update to all, we got to come home late yesterday and he did great last night and all day today. They had said numerous times that this sorta thing takes time but when it gets better it gets better quickly and it sure did. He show progress late tuesday night, and was then completely better just about by wednesday night and we left thursday. What he had was RDS. Wont go into it, but if curious just google it. Something about his body hadnt created a chemical in the lungs called Serfactin yet. So had to wait til it did. Thanks again for all the prayers and well wishes. Now onto this season!
