Is Malaysian Madness not using equipment? or if they are, only basic eq, no AEQ? I've a good squad, but I don't expect to roll a 79 squad by 131 to zip, especially when I've still got a fifth of my team unboosted (one of my agents is on a loooong honeymoon)

Last season there were at least a couple very good level 79 teams who ended up playing for the league championship. Much better then this year's crop.

iirc Novus teams promotion got nerfed. bort and co refused to correct the issue and left them in RPE
