I have grown bored with things as-is I think. The new game (even if it sucks) could give me a needed change of pace and I could use the flex from retired dots to play around with the new game without wasting more money.

I get the boredom. I don't think that putting a coat of paint and tightening some screws is going to solve that problem for me. Call me jaded, but Bort wasn't particularly good at fixing (or even really understanding) his own code back when he was trying with GLB 1.0. I don't expect 2.0 to be a significant improvement, and I have no desire to learn a new system that is new but not better. There are a ton of free games out there to play or free pron sites to visit or free movies / music to download. Just being able to use already paid for flex is not enough for me to bother, tbh.

Palookas and Paladins are sticking around. The consensus for now is that we're all gonna stick around and watch what happens, and in the meantime we're gonna keep playing for keeps.

Not sure if anyone here knows who Tomcic's little brother is on this site but if u do please either post his user here or PM him if you know him. Tomcic has been my best friend on this game for years and it is not like him to not log on for days without notice. I'm sure its just RL or he needed a break but it would be nice to know for sure. He is M.I.A. on some of his teams which is not something he would do so I just want to make sure he is ok.

This is definitely very odd. He is my DC on my one team and I have known him since the early seasons of GLB and I cannot recall him ever going that long without logging on. Hope everything is OK with him. He is a great guy!
