If a non boosting team is winning, then they probably need to move up. Non boosting =/= auto suck. Many non boosting teams have effective levels near those of similarly aged higher leveled players.

Do you ever expect your non-boosters to make it to WL? Now they can play together in meaningful games
Non-boosters are only remaining together because they will suck and have to filter down to the worst teams in their effective age group. That sure doesn't seem like an incentive to stick around if you're a non-booster.

If anyone was on the fence about GLB being broken(from both a business...way to "frick" over half your userbase and gameplay standpoint), this pretty much cements it.

Non boosters are screwed and will never have a chance aganist the booster teams. In some cases they might end up in the lower tiers but when I retire a guy around 40ish and someone else can retire their guy at around 70ish there's no question that its not fair.
If this happens then we need to change to non-booster and booster leagues maybe have you determine if your gonna boost this player at all in his career and then you get dropped into a non booster league. Vice versa for boosters and then it'll make more sense

In reality no, but when I started this game, I didn't know that reality.
