The biggest flaw in the OP is the assumption that the leagues are currently in a competitive state. They are not. There are many teams that have been placed into inappropriate leagues for the last couple seasons. There needs to be a major shuffle so the OP can have a legitimate shot at improving the game experience for everybody.
Right now this is like the worst bug the game has ever seen and it can only be addressed in the offseason. The admins have one shot to get it right and the foundation of the problem is not even being addressed.

We are open to improving the League Structure further in Season 18, and we will be working on our tournament system. If we were to remove the World League we would need the tournament system improved to handle a "World Championship" Tournament.

Also I think yall need to strongly consider demoting 4 Pro teams from each conference (8 teams total demoted from each Pro region)... as it is right now it is just to easy for teams to hang around in Pro leagues that do not belong simply by being the 3rd worst. I think demoting the bottom 2 (15/16) to AA and the next two (13/14) to AAA would suffice.

17 pages and nothing is either fixed, or acknowledged, seeing as the only admin statement about casuals seemed to hint that nothing was going to be done to fix them, I see no point in renewing my team for a 4th straight get screwed year. Maybe in another 20 seasons you guys will care about everyone and manage to stop with the "brilliance" and just do things simple and right. Until then, it's been a great run as a team owner, but I doubt I'll get around to doing it again.
