Level 4 and PeeWee are considered entry-level teams. As a result, they'll have entry level cash.

That's what you would start with. Any amount over the max value goes into the overage account. If your team moved to level 14 next season, you would start with $1.5m in team cash, with whatever you have left over from this season placed in the overage account.

Say you end up with $3.5m at the end of this season and are pushed to level 14.
$2m would be placed into the overage account leaving $1.5m as team cash.
