To prevent teams from sticking around at higher levels to keep their stadium and team cash, the following will be implemented if a team does not meet the league minimum level requirements or field a roster of at least 30 human players. This will be determined by a team not receiving any media revenue the last 3 game weeks of the season. Token media revenue will be added to leagues that currently do not get media revenue so that we can track this.
So what is the rule - I need 30 human players at the min level for that league or I need enough to qualify for media revenue?
Same minimums for media revenue, already in use.
Then shouldn't the announcement say that instead of this?
this is from the media revenue announcement:
In order to keep teams from gutting and sticking around in the higher leagues just to get the cash (and thereby messing with the other teams tsk tsk), there is the following requirement to be eligible for media revenue:
- Your team's human median level must be at least as high as the league human median level - 30%, and you must field at least 30 human players.
For instance, the USA Pro median level is currently 56. Therefore, you would need to have 30 players at a median level of 39 to be eligible. Anybody who is carrying a team that is actually trying should really have no problem meeting this requirement in AA+. For a general guideline, just look at the suggested levels for the league, and subtract a couple levels from the bottom end.

in today's announcement the rule just stated 30 human players above level 36 (the minimum signing level for the uncapped leagues), but then you just said media revenue is the way to determine this
so which is it?
