Man Secondary Specialist - Lockdown
This CB has a reputation for shutting down opposing wide receivers in man coverage. The Lockdown skill may cause a QB to ignore a WR on any given play, even if that WR is open, as long as this CB is in man coverage against that WR.

This skill can cause opposing offenses to pass up big plays or open receivers.

Additional Levels:
Increases the chance that a QB ignores the WR on any given play, and increases the distance from the defender that this WR is considered "open".

Hard Hitting LB - Signature Hit

Offensive players know when they've been hit by this LB. Whenever this LB makes a tackle, there's a small chance of a MASSIVE energy loss to the ball carrier. Additional levels slightly increase the chance of this SA triggering.


Combo LB - Physical Coverage

This LB is a pain to run routes against. Offensive players covered by this player expend more breath and lose more morale than normal. Additional levels increase the losses to breath and morale.

Scrambler QB - Puppet Master

This QB is very good at getting pass rushers to leave their feet. When breaking the pocket, this QB can execute quick pump fakes, momentarily freezing the rush. Additional levels increase the chance of this working.


Deep Passer QB - The Dreaded Underthrow

This QB has a good rapport with his receivers. If one of them is well covered on a deep route, this QB can purposefully underthrow the ball and let the receiver come back to it. The receiver gets bonuses to agility, catching, and jumping while trying to catch the ball.


Pocket Passer QB - In Stride

This QB is very accurate. If this SA triggers, Receivers catching passes from the QB receive temporary bonuses to speed and agility. Additional levels of this SA increase the chance of it triggering.


HB Power - Punisher

This HB seeks out contact. Just prior to a collision, this HB gains a small bonus to speed. Additional levels of this SA increase the chance of it working.


HB Elusive - Jump Cut

This HB has amazing lateral agility. Upon seeing a lane to the outside, this HB can make a quick lateral move and start back up without much penalty to speed. Additional levels of this SA allow the HB to make this cut at higher speeds.


HB Scat Back - Catch it and Go

This HB is a very fluid pass catcher. The HB gets a bonus to catching and agility upon receiving a short pass. Additional levels increase the bonuses to catching and agility.


HB Combo - Team Player

This HB does the little things well. The HB receives small bonuses to catching, carrying, and blocking. Additional levels increase the size of this bonus.


WR Speedster - 6th Gear

This WR is good at running away from coverage. This WR receives a bonus to speed when running deep Go and Post patterns. Additional levels increase the bonus to speed.


WR Possession - Box Out

This WR is good at using his body to shield the defender from the ball. The defender covering this receiver suffers a penalty to deflecting passes. Additional levels increase the penalty to the defender.


Pass Blocking OL - Help Blocker

This OL is good at getting where they need to go. The OL receives a bonus to speed and agility on passing plays while they are not blocking anyone.


Run Blocking OL - Balance

This OL doesn't get overextended. This OL gets a bonus to avoiding revcakes while they are moving forwards.


Blitzing LB - Strip Sack

This LB is very good at slapping the ball out of the QB's hands. When this player is near the opposing QB (while that QB has the ball) has a chance to cause a fumble without tackling the QB.

Secondary Balanced/Zone - Moving In

This Secondary Man will jump the ball quicker and blitz the QB. Each level of Moving In will allow the Secondary Man to get to the QB quicker while blitzing without being touched or noticed.

WR Possession - Middle Man
The Wideout is fearless going across the middle, increasing his odds of catching and retaining the ball within 7 yards of the line of scrimmage and point of snap (or within the tackles), but increasing his energy loss to any tackle made immediately after the catch. Additional levels increase the odds of the SA triggering, the amount of the boost and decrease the energy loss.

Hard Hitting LB - Alligator Arms
This LB intimidates receivers coming across the middle, decreasing their odds of catching and retaining the ball within 7 yards of the line of scrimmage and point of snap (or within the tackles) when this LB is in play at MLB or ILB. Additional levels increase the odds of the SA triggering and the catching and retention penalty.

TE Receiver - Slip Underneath
The Tight End fakes Pass Protection before slipping out to catch a pass under the defense, momentarily faking out any zone or man coverage on him to react as though he were not a receiver on the play, and giving him a bonus to catch a pass of less than five yards. Additional levels increase the odds of the SA triggering, the catching bonus, and the vision required to avoid the fake.

HB Power - Keep The Legs Moving
When tackled the HB keeps his legs moving, attempting to convert the tackle into a broken tackle and drag for more yardage. Additional levels increase the odds of the SA triggering and the chance of success. This would be different from power through, or dive for yards, in that the broken tackle automatically converts the tackler into a drag even if the tackler does not have the drag VA, and if successful the run will go on until the HB is tackled.

QB Pocket Passer - Bullseye Pass
This QB is great at passing to the receiver in stride. Each level increases the chance of the skill working and increases the QB's ability to hit the receiver in stride.

HB Combo - Fresh Legs
When coming into the game after not being in the last offensive play, the HB comes off of the bench full of energy, gaining a boost to speed and agility and a boost to the success of fakes. The odds of the SA triggering increase with the number of offensive plays missed. Additional levels increase the odds of the SA triggering and the amount of the boosts.

HB Elusive - Hiding Behind the Line
The HB fakes defenders by using the Offensive line to screen his choice of a lane, freezing would be tacklers within three yards of the line of scrimmage and between the tackles. More effective with shorter backs than taller ones. Additional levels increase the odds of the SA triggering, the vision needed to defeat the fake, and the distance from the line of scrimmage that the fake effects.

HB Power - 1st Down Reach
This HB has a knack for getting the first down. Each level increases the chance of the skill working and increases the distance from the 1st down marker that the skill works.

HB Scat Back - Screen Machine
On a screen pass, the HB fakes the defense and slips into screens without being noticed by the defenders, momentarily freezing them from reacting the to throw. Additional levels increases the odds of the SA triggering and the vision needed to avoid the fake.

WR Possession - Stilts

This WR is so tall that he is able to get the ball away from the defender and come down with it, without requiring high jumping. Each level of Stilts gives this WR a better chance at saving stamina and not requiring him to jump high for the ball, but still having a good shot at making the catch. This SA only applies when the WR needs to jump for the ball is either a bad pass or is being contested with then defender.
