Here is a kickoff that was muffed:

I can guarantee you it was because his vision was too low and that is why it just went over his head.

Maybe the ball bounces in front and past him (which is still a case for needing catching). If it went over his head, it would have gone further into the endzone. Right when the ball gets to him (or just before) you can see it slow down.

Confidence is 14.5. I'm training it right now, actually.

My return guy is lower confidence. Seeing your player's results make me think that I don't have to address it as much as other things. Thanks for sharing.

how much does the return specialist SA help out? I have it at 2. But I noticed you have it at 11. Does it help that much?

It used to when I had blockers. I think it's equally important to make sure your special teams unit blocking for you is solid. Be aggressive about it.

I have it at eleven as well, and recently at 8+ I have started to see a few missed tackles proccing of it, but as Brad says you could be the best returner GLB has ever seen, doesnt matter much if the line just lets players through to tackle you.

what about carrying? My guy fumbles almost every game. I got his carrying up to 26 and he still fumbles. Does return specialist help with this? Is anybody else having this problem?
