Once again we see a flaw with the ratings method: Even after a 21-6 victory over the STARS, the Wraith Worshipers only jump up to #4, while the STARS hold steady at #2. But over the next few games, that should really shake out, as AWW will be facing the tougher part of their schedule, and the STARS are coasting into the easy phase, with only the Purple Plainsmen standing between them and a 15-1 finish.

By the way, AWW is ranked below the STARS (even after the win) in both of the rating methods I devised, as well as the one in the GM script. So that tells you what rankings are worth.

Meh, i would still keep you guys ranked higher because you guys have proven yourselves against the best teams. We have not had the toughest schedule so it is deserving. Good luck to you guys the rest of the season

IMO, I would rather play them on the last game, it's when all PeeWee players are pretty much topped out as far as leveling goes and most players are pretty much ready to do what you ask of them.. Now if teams boosted early, the decision to boost at that point would be the issue.. But I say good luck with that game..

we don't fear other teams... we just show them we are serious lol. Going 16-0 was never really a big deal to me so if we lose a game it wont really matter as long as we win a championship

LOL... I'll get right on that. What has me worried is that if there was a team that was going to score a TD against you, it was going to be either the S.T.A.R.S. or us. Now, we're next. My challenge is to score a TD on you.

can't score on an umbrella defense i actually have no idea what we do on defense because i don't bother with it but it is pretty amazing that we shut every team out and have only allowed 2 FG's to 1 team. The team that was rated #1 offense. We are rated the #2 offense but #1 defense

Gotta agree. The regular season only looks good for overall rankings, it's that trophy at the end that really matters. Definitely looking forward to what the playoffs bring.

I wouldn't mind you guys getting the top spot. It seems the West has a bit stronger teams this season.

Yeah, AWW is #1 in both categories across both conferences, according to the rankings script. I don't have it on this computer, or I'd go ahead and give a quick rundown.

Anyway, AWW is clearly the team to beat in the West, and it looks like More Cowbell is the team to beat in the East. But there are several other good teams on both sides, so the playoffs should be exciting.

Yea, AWW has the a good mixture of boosters and Day 30-something mix, but when the playoffs come, should be interesting.. Need more Cowbells IMO..
