No major surprises and no changes in the top 10. It's disappointing that *pow* went cpu on us. They were at least decent before then. Kinda blows up all our ratings for those that played *pow* before they went cpu.

Playoff team, I'm pretty sure..

To be fair, that seven game losing streak the Rattlers had in the middle of the season was all against pretty solid teams.

And that Chairface Chippendale was pretty awesome.

That was a pretty cool picture. I'm kinda impressed

AWW kept their winning streak alive with a 49-0 beating of the Memorial Crusaders. The Purple Plainsmen punished the Patriots 63-3. Even so, not many shakeups in the rankings. The Crusaders dropped into a tie with Horn Lake, and there were a few shakeups in the lower rankings.

That AWW defense is really something.

AWW is only 3 points behind the STARS now, which means that if they beat Barney's Bullet on Friday they will surely move up in the rankings before the playoffs. The difference between Horn Lake (5) and Olympus Legends (8) is only 1 point, which means those 5-8 spots are anybody's game. If Barney's Bullet can pull out a win over AWW, they will rocket up to fifth place or higher; otherwise, they'll probably end up at #7 or 8. The winner of the Horn Lake/Olympus game will probably end up close to the top of that group, and the loser will end up close to the bottom.

As far as cross-conference rankings go, I have little confidence in their accuracy. There was only one week of cross-conference play, and it was a really long time ago.

The Friday rankings will be the last for this method of scoring. If I post any rankings at all during the playoffs, it will be using the GLB script method. I'm not sure exactly how I would score under my method during the playoffs.

Oh, by the way--I was disappointed to see that we lost another of our teams to the CPU. Pee Wee Dropped the Team. That makes 5 CPU teams in the west now, and 3 in the East.

It is pathetic if you think about it. That team had the chance to at least be the 8th seed but i guess the 40 flex points he could get back was irresistible. Not sure why people buy Pee Wee if they are just going to not even try.

I agree, it drives me nuts. I don't even mind teams that are all CPU with the exception of a couple human slowbuilders. At least those teams sometimes gameplan. If nothing else, if you're having a bad season, take that as a learning opportunity for the next season.
