This is a really good idea. I agree with it!!

I wonder if this is going to go the same why as my suggestion. Perhaps it is already being implimented? It would explain the absense of moderators commenting

It just doesn't make any sense to me why new teams get 3 choices and promoting teams get 1. My suggestion is go with all 8. I'd be happy with 3. Just anything but 1. Lets get it done, mods
