I think what Bort's saying is that the strong/weak side won't change with the motion. So if you call a weak shift, ROLB blitz and the TE goes into motion, you're going to run the ROLB right into the TE.
I agree that there should be some way to specify either a positional blitz (shift right, ROLB blitz no matter what), or a strong/weak blitz. This is something that players would be able to adjust on field with motion, that we have no real way to do.
