Oh come on now, dude. This is a bit infantile even for you. Seriously. Your userbase (paying customers at WG.com) isn't just a bunch of 20-something, testosterone overloaded, kids that wanna be great business minds... there's working class people and several business owners that play (and pay) here as well. And when those people say they've got issues with some of the things that go on here... while not ALL of them are right... I guarantee you not ALL of them are wrong either. Not only should you know this but, also, you should be better than to let a few typed lines cause you to say/do stupid. You're supposed to be better than this. It's why you're payed the big bucks.

I didn't meant to imply that we're not open to good ideas. We are - I have seen things users posted come up in serious discussions here. It happens.

But I can't pretend like it's reasonable to expect a company to change their business model based on anonymous posts in the Comments Section of their website. And there are only so many polite ways to thank anonymous posters for feedback about how we are stupid, incompetent, etc...

I would expect an evolution based on the massive influx of games making obscene profits while this game shrinks. That's how you survive especially considering this is a good game based on a hugely popular sport. Micro transactions and mobile usage isn't even the future, it is the present. Explain how Candy Crush banks millions on a game that has been around since Nintendo. Have a poll of people not sitting on mounds of flex that would pay if the pricing wasn't horrendously overpriced. I'm retiring two players this season that would have cost over 15 dollars to run a season with no updates in the future and a dwindling player base.

this is predicated on the belief that WGG is simply failing to understand how to make this game successful, instead of recognizing that they dont care about it which is why they created GLB2 and ceased development on this game years ago.

I get the idea that everybody has a thought and only a few of them are worth the penny normally ascribed. But somewhere in all the ramblings is a solution to, at a minimum improve the user base revenue,...and that's where you have to filter and mash ideas together.

I realike that there is a 2nd version created for a reason but sometimes we just have to acknowledge the premise was wrong. Or, maybe to phrase it better, was not the result you were looking for. Now we have 2 very different games, modeled on the same sport, and neither is pulling in the type of revenue that the first one did in the good ole days.

The answer isn't more time waster browser games. The answer is sports management immersion...which is what you had the perception of (or what people thought you were heading towards ) until the immersion part became evidently ngth.

And yet, they're very similar, except the "new" one isn't as good and/or didn't bring anything to the table that the other didn't besides OMG THEYRE LIKE IRL SPRITES NOW.

The sprites are probably the worst part of glb2 for me. Its just not fun to watch and seems difficult to coordinate.
