This sim sucks gianourmous hairy donkey balls. Passing is just plain stupid.

Our QB, who led the league in passing last year in OPL by a wide margin, went 23 of 53 (43%) and had 14 bad throws. Thank God I threw 10 screens, or who fucking knows how much worse it could have looked.

Bort/Catch - the last update helped, but you are still not there yet. You must reduce the effect of hurries on pass quality before this season turns into an even bigger joke than it already is.

LB still lose almost every 1on1 situation when face TE.
I think it's time to remove LB's coverage punish.

this is really my only complaint. It is entirely worthless to have a LB even try to cover a TE without a saftey to double team him.

Yeah, something is still wrong with this. The penalty is only supposed to be when covering WRs, but LBs suck at covering everyone no matter how they're built.

Title reads: Is the sim good this YEAR.
It's late October. I would say the sim has had ups and downs this YEAR. Early this year the sim was OK, then it got bad, then worse. Then it got better, then worse again but still not as bad as before it got better. Now it is so-so.

Better question would have been "Will the sim be good NEXT year?"

looks decent but needs some tweaks

Best sim in a long, long while IMO.

Two minor gripes:

1) I'd like to see less "unforced" bad passes, the non hurried ones seem to be happening too often.

Perhaps an easy fix would be upping the reduction in bad passes from confidence that Catch was testing a season ago? Didn't he find it had not enough effect?

2) Lower level passing could use the band-aid bumped up a bit.

Right now, when two good teams face off - that part is worse than it's been in a while. If the DCs bother to game plan at all, it's a 30% completion ugly fest.

Still early this season, but the trend looks like it's following his carrier stats.
