Keeping 9 teams about Regional Pro just makes 2 more competitive leagues and leaves the 6 national pro leagues to their current plight.

Almost 500 GLB users don't want National Pro reorganization. Hope to stop borfing GLB and fix regional Pro because the problem is there. Must add another tier between them and "real" Pro leagues to improve competition and not take away/shrink leagues.

last season wasn't that bad and many Pro leagues was very sompetive (APL, EEPL to name some). Many players retired at end of season (age reasons) and extend plateau one more season is a solution (probably NGTH, Borf doesn't want to lose money) and lolregional Pro structure promote teams that don't deserve to be there. Still I see MANY teams remaining behind full of lvl 70~72 and that's a promotion system failure.

imo, fwiw.

+1 and I would just add that my comments about needing to change the sorting/promotion algorithm INTO Reg Pro would help to address the ripple effect that would be felt in Reg Pro (and the current issue that exists regardless) based on Wise's suggestion (and the JD/Catch suggestion as well ftm).

I think the promotion FROM Reg Pro to Nat Pro isnt too bad ...its just the teams that are actually placed INTO Reg Pro Elite in the 1st place do not make sense. In the (age-capped) lower levels the promotion from Elite to Elite makes sense. Not so much when you enter your 1st uncapped league. I believe if you fix the promotion INTO Reg Pro you'll end up fixing the problem of promoting the wrong teams FROM Reg Pro to Nat Pro as a result.
