Someone pass this question along to Bort, please.

Is there a difference between Rip the Ball's 3% chance to force a fumble, and Power Tackler's 3% bonus to forcing a fumble?

The word chance implies it's a straight 3% of the time you'll force a fumble, not a bonus to your FFum roll.

Just more of Bort's vague, and inexact writing style, or an actual difference?

did not read anything besides OP but did anyone else notice and mention that Clever Instincts now operates off of player age and not by player level? the OP doesn't list it right imo, check the VA on your VA screen
good change though

Now does this go by days old or creation date. I have been looking at some of my WR's opposition. some are the same age (days old wis) but an earlier creation date.?

Does Bull Rusher work for everyone?

Do you have to be on Bull Rush Technique?

What exactly is the bonus?

Yes

*checks* no. Most likely made this way because it's used on run plays as well

My guess is that it makes strength have a higher effect on breaking blocks than agility

Can bull rusher be used by someone with 75 STR and 115 AGIL and make him better?

Yes

It is functionally a bonus to strength for the purposes of breaking blocks.

Days old, atleast that was the ruling on Mentor even if creation date differed because of offseason.

Error: on here is says 2 and 1 percent but on the vet points its 1 and .5 percent.
Bull Rusher
This defender is a handful to block. For each level of Bull Rusher, strength has 1% more of an effect on break block rolls vs rushing plays, and .5% more of an effect on break block rolls vs passing plays
