If at the basic tactic screen I have set lets say 90/10 run/pass
but in my AI I have mostly pass play outputs how does it handle it?
I mean for the sake of an example lets say you had the 90/10 run/pass
and then had just 1 input that matches downs 1 to 4 any yards any position
etc in my O AI and that had 2 outputs:
20% run HB outside
80% pass long WR
what would you guys expect the play distribution to be for the game?
Also in blowouts i frequently dont want to run the ball as much as it does
but it seems the engine wants to run regardless of my AI.
Thanks everyone.
You set the AI by circumtances. If a circumstance comes up that you haven't set an input for, it will then go to your basic settngs.
EX. If you have an input set for 1st down in the game, but nothing for second down, it will follow your output settings in the AI on first and then follow the basic settings at second down. You really can't relly predict the output because ou don't know how many of each down you will have on offense or how many series you will end up with.
You can build the AI as deep and complicated as you want to. It just depends on how much time you want to put in it.
