Exactly, don't understand why they didn't kick the field goal to go up 3 scores

Josh Reynolds, obviously a great route runner, too bad his hands don't match it

Great coach though. I don't think they get to the NFC Championship game without him. Hopefully he learns from it

Campbell goes for it on 4th down. It worked all season, just not Sunday, and the two drops were a killer. Without him going for it on 4th down all season, Lions never would've been playing last Sunday.

I get what you're saying but, there is a big difference between regular season and playoffs. If it fails during the regular season, you have more games to play. In one and done situations, you have to play it smart. I truly believe missing on that 4th down instead of going up 3 scores, changed the momentum and psyche of the game in a big way.

That was some epic drive for the win. Instant Classic. Niner's D was better than I thought they'd be. Salute. But I think "the" missed call of the game was that 4th down decision to not go for it and kick the FG. I mean... regular season, sure. Superbowl... defense spent and tired... THE Mahomes waiting for his shot... and you gave it to him? Should'a went for broke and the TD not the FG. Bet he'll be thinkin about that all off season.

Biggest play of the game in my opinion was the punt by KC that hits the shoe of the 49er to set KC up inside the red zone

That was big as well, for sure. I just remember thinking, in the OT, when it got to 4th and 4 (or 3?) and they decided to do the FG instead of going for it... I thought, right then, "oh shit... gonna give Mahomes a shot? Dude! Dumb!" Sure enough... boom boom... out go the lights. Now I'm hearing maybe they didn't understand the overtime rules? That's even more whack (plus I ain't buying it!)

it was the 49ers fullback that said he didnt know the rules on OT.
a few chiefs players said they had been practicing O/T rules and plays.

I missed that the news said that when the chiefs wr caught the ball for the win that he didn't realized it was the game winning catch. Maybe I read it wrong
