Can you confirm if qb tactics are set to "100 open man" he ignores the "route distance" set for any given play?
If so, I'd suggest adding that tidbit to the popup to avoid confusion.
Fwiw the top passing offense most of the final seasons in WL always had qbs on 100 open man...
