Fwiw, both the RC26 and StR presets use tagging

RC26 tags the passing QB only

The StR tags passing QB, power and receiver RBs, and receiver TEs



The RC26 says basic, but it's pretty advanced, with lots of situations. The StR is very basic with no situations, and relies on personnel match ups.


If someone was inclined they could probably make the mother of all defenses by combining the 2 presets.

Slot Machine

Do you have a favorite WR you want to get the ball to? Put him in the WR3 slot. This is a slightly pass heavy Ai that uses custom progressions in an attempt to force the ball to the WR3. It assumes the TE2, HB2, and FB2 are the pass catching slots.

It also has a 2-minute drill, spikes and kneels.

Have anyone used this preset with success of any kind in Casual, beside vs the obvious CPU team(s)???

It would, if both teams were casuals. Regular do have the option to adjust the percentages, which I cannot see.

I also had hoped for the rQB to be the primary runner (was not) and the pQB to be the passer (was that), for a Wildcat like before.

4-3 Lite Defense

Uses the Dime formations to simulate OLBs with extra CBs. You will NEED to tag the "Passer" QB. If there's no QB tagged, the Ai will assume the QB posses a running threat. You will want to tag "Power" runners, and you may also tag "Receiver" HBs, FBs, and/or TEs if the other team has a weapon you'd like to double team. There's also "Catch-all" plays for those teams that like to use random dots in random slots to break tags.
