I think he said somewhere that he was giving in and building for the pros this go around.

never understood how building for the pros precludes you from winning on your way up the ladder

The placement/movement with NatPro seems to be really messy this time around. It looks like I have my own little version (very little) of WL in SAPL with 3 Phnom Penh teams. Looking to move a couple of them out to avoid any conflict of interest. Anybody want out of EPL or PPL and into SAPL?

Last season I contacted a team owner that had all positions filled with CPU players. when he agreed to swap, I sent a request for league placement to support. when they contacted me I forwarded the swap agreement. They made the swap on changeover from day 48 to day -8

This was meant to say if you DON'T find a swap partner, support will still swap you with one of those teams

Because a lot of times you are boosting at the end of the season and everyone else has 3 levels on you.
