The Chaos (RL1) and the Insanity (RL2) reporting for duty. RL1 looks very competitive, let's hope RL2 fills up with some owners.

Anybody else ready to get this started already?

Palm Bay Palookas, checking in! Didn't get to actually play in World League during our previous run from S69-S80 thanks to our dots running out of Plateau, but at least we went out with a gold trophy from NAPL. Would've been fun to try our luck in WL with declining dots in S81... but it'll be MORE fun to build BETTER dots and start over in Rookie, so here we are.

Odyssey is back but will run with CPU players until 100th anniversary.

RL1 looks like it is going to be very competitive. Rosters are filling up fast. Many owners, GMs, and agents with WL experience across the teams. Hard to predict the long term plans of each team, but any early thoughts on which teams will rise to the top first? I see at least 5 teams that appear to have people in place with track records of high success. The potential for some great rivalries over the coming seasons.

For sure is going to be competitive. Always fun playing a team that constantly resets and boosts, its not like there's a league for that or anything

Yeah, the Rookie League Lurkers need to move over to Pee Wee, but they don't dare... Pee Wee is full of teams that are actually GOOD at building one-and-done dots, so instead they stay here in Rookie so they can win cheap gold and pretend they're good at this game. We all know otherwise.

No worries though... back in S69 when the Palookas were just starting back up again, we defeated two different Rookie League Lurkers in the playoffs to win Gold ourselves, and then we took those dots all the way up and won Gold in NAPL. And now that that batch of dots has finished Plateau and entered Decline, we're back down here with a fresh batch of dots to do it again.

Correct me if my evaluation of RL1 is inaccurate:

Lurkers (returning to RL after reset): Kangaroos, Brew Crew, & Criminoles
Bigger goals (talk or track record of Pro/WL): Hurricanes, Cheeseheads, Chaos, Palookas, 4th Street Gang
Not enough info (no word what the agenda is): WAR HAMMER, Lost Quarters, Express, Gofers

I don't think Criminoles are lurkers but not entirely sure. Rest of it looks pretty accurate.

War Hammer looks like a farm team. They won't lurk, but they might not compete much either.

Gofers will most likely be long-term.

Express and Quarters have been legit in the past, by their rosters look gutted at the moment. Might be taking a break.

Criminoles are a special case... owner has a checkered history that includes recently abandoning a Rookie team mid-season, but he keeps coming back around. Doesn't seem like he's intentionally lurking, but it kinda ends up looking like it?

I can not like this enough.
My Houston Roughneck's got the bad end of some shady shit this last season in a Rookie League. So my Hurricane's are most definitely looking for some revenge this season.

A great amount of teams in PeeWee Gold would spank them pretty good. Some of them have in the past few seasons. Lol.

It will be a very interesting season here in Rookie League #1, I seriously wish the best of luck to 10 out of 12 teams in this league!

Gofers checking in. Definitely long term, doesn't mean I won't be trying to win it, this season and every other. Spent 3 seasons in Pro getting bounced it the first round of the playoffs, it was time to reboot and build better players and try again. Tho truth to tell, it was probably my own OCing and DCing that was the problem. I've left behind several players in the World and Pro leagues.

Just so this isn't something I only said in people's inboxes...

Anyone who lets a long-term built rookie team come within 100 points of a fully double boosted and custom equipped one-and-done team is absolutely trash at the game.
