Yeah but one can hardly argue that the long-term building process is drastically more nerdy than any other aspect of the game.

Most of what I'm working with in peewee is at least football concepts, even if they are digital nerd versions... the long term building process is a nerd-fest of math that you could never possibly do correctly without some of the long-lost nerds giving you all their charts/graphs and whatnot.

(Shh... Beaver... Fuzzy... it's okay... it's all okay... embrace your status as a nerd. You are one of us now.)

Update... DD has replied to my Support ticket and has alerted Bort. Hopefully that will get sorted.

Ok, on the eve of the rollover to the new season, I will attempt some public embarrassment and put up a way too early power poll for the rookie leagues. This comes from a cursory look at the rosters. Heckle away or feel free to use as bulletin board material:

RL1
#1 Brew Crew – like it or not, returning champ of the tournament & RL2
#2 NO Golden Kangaroos – been in the money the last couple of rookie tournaments
#3 Palm Bay Palookas – ownership has gold NAPL in their case
#4 Phnom Penh Chaos – lots of strong resumes on the team
#5 Houston Hurricanes – a few boosts short of a full load as of this writing
#6 Dairy State Cheeseheads – same boat as the Hurricanes
#7 WAR HAMMER – an owner with lots of flex to spend
#8 PVAC Gofers – see WAR HAMMERs
#9 4th Street Gang – looks like an offensive experiment
#10 Lost Quarters – here come the CPUs
#11 LA Express – may have better CPUs than Lost Quarters?
#12 The Punishers – the only CPU owned team

Nothing to see here, all CPU stuff

#1 Stalingrad – another impressive crew of GMs and agents
#2 Gridiron Grit – another big spending owner
#3 Phnom Penh Insanity – last of the group that look locked and loaded
#4 DC Freedom – nearly full roster
#5 Florida State Criminoles – been here before but a short roster at this time
#6 KC Comets – also needs more bodies
#7 Los Cabos Sharks – got about ½ human agents
#8 Blue Lagoon – about the same as the Sharks
#9 Stargate – CPU players
#10 Ho Chi Mean – more CPU players
#11 Bayside – CPU owned
#12 Skinwalker – CPU owned

I assumed he meant that not all 55 were boosted.

Hmmm, War Hammer way too low - Loonzilla is an admin and have played against/with since beginning, part of old GLB radio shows...
