Don't tease me! I thought for a moment that my team had been magically transported to W. European Pro where we would get a free ride into WL even if we played basic AI instead of actually having to beat some decent teams to get there!

You got me. Congrats on your Season 12, USA AAA #2 League Champion

You even made the playoffs Season 13, and curb stomped the Chicago Hedgehogs during the regular season.

Though in all fairness, Chicago did rebound in the playoffs and capture the USA Pro League Western Conference Championship.

Yes but the season we beat the Hedgehogs then lost the playoff rematch was S20. Which was consistent with the roughly 10 seasons we spent in USA Pro that first time around. We were an independent team and constantly had to field inferior recruits vs the network teams and, frankly, we didn't really have the time or inclination to build a first class AI. We could occasionally beat a top team, and were usually in the playoff hunt, but we had no consistency or the dots or AI we needed to be a serious contender. Now we have a lot of things we never had back then.

CCIA is a TERRIBLE team. I remember when they won 4 games and pro and lost to the Smexies
