The thing is that the team you're recruiting for sucks, so obviously you aren't very picky about the quality of dots you get.

the things is ELE sucks.

maybe he shouldnt be picky about his dots either.

i mean 22 dots of his 55 arent happy, he must be doing something right? no?

or it could be how he handled the situation. Making a decision you feel is in the team's best interest is fine, but how you implement that decision will often decide how successful you will ultimately be. The guy is a dick. You don't want to see it that way and that is fine, but berating people because they do not want to be a part of that team, a team that they were rooked into being a part of, is not really becoming...

maybe if you read what i said i posted numerous times, if he handled the situation maturely i would of played out the season and gave him a chance.

listen i spoke to all the agents that want to leave. that created dots for the "crappy OC" on day 0 of the teams ideas. some of them didnt mind rondo leaving till the way he acted on the team private forum. he instigated more of the argument then me or onepeat by all his "team update announcements" locking threads to get the last word. deleting threads that tell the other side of the story. there was quite a few dots that never spoke up like me and onepeat because they wanted to give him a chance. but now message me about "cant wait for the new team" "cant wait for the offseason to be done with this"

i bet the team folds cuz rodetide is too lazy to recruit 22 dots. i hope they dont and he sends my pro team a scrim if he can fill up his roster with people that actually want to play for him....

better yet you guys should reset like us. see who has the better rookie team, see whos left standing 78 levels later?

I'm sure there's 2 sides of the story obviously...but I have a dot on his casual team and have never had a problem, so of course I'm jumping to conclusion that you were the problem.
