The hint that he will hold my players and not cut them? I am well aware of that approach, and have chosen how I will handle that. I want a release and will continue to ask for one. I will refrain from equipment, tactics, etc until I get a release. He will continue to keep my guys on the FG unit and not release them. He has nothing to gain by keeping my guys on the FG unit and not releasing them, and I have nothing to gain by cooperating with him.

I believe I am quite clear on the circumstances, and have asked to be released. He is the one electing not to cooperate.

I didn't elect to be on a team the way you run a team. I elected to be on a team that I was on from lvl 1. I even brought dots over to help out, believing that I would be a part of that team. What I got was an owner that has acted like a complete jerk. You are right, I used strong language in a PM and not on your board because I did not feel the need to air dirty laundry. I took to this medium after you continued to act like a dick.

simply cut everyone that wants to be cut, and move on. You won't do that, because you don't want to move on. You want to punish agents that do not agree with your approach. Had you agreed from the jump to release anyone that did not like the current direction, we wouldn't even be having this conversation. Instead, you acted lazily, not willing to recruit, but willing to screw everyone that didn't like your actions. Hell, I even offered to keep my guys at their current settings if you agreed to release them at the end of the game. you didn't even bother to respond, but the mail system showed that you read the PM. the fact of the matter is, you had ample opportunity to avoid all of this nonsense, but you chose not to, and we are now locked in a pissing match.

I hope all of those guys take off their equipment, change tactics, etc and force you to do what you should have done from the beginning.

and what about the common courtesy of allowing someone to opt out once you make wholesale changes? Is that not common courtesy on a game where we are all willing participants? you bought a team and invested a few hundred flex. The 5 (now 4) players on your team have far more flex invested in them, but I am to just accept the circumstances. My playing experience is to be devalued because you weren't 100% honest from the beginning and too lazy to recruit? I am to accept the belief that cutting my 4 players on your FG units will impact your game because you do not have human players to take over those 7 snaps? You could easily disperse those 7 snaps amongst other players, or even replace those players with CPU players and see 0 drop off. You have elected not to do so, because you enjoy this pissing match.

Like I said, I'm just not that into you, and you just can't let go...

How about you guys quit your whining and honor your contracts, play the season out, and stop flooding the forum with this soap opera, sixth grade nonsense? Season 42 is only a month away. tia.

instead he waited to the offseason was over.

i dont care if rondo sucks. i built the dots for him, not you. im pretty sure he doesnt suck since we won silver in s37 and havent been to the playoffs since rodetide took over. TBH

good. the other agents are being nice. and will finish the contracts, may even stay if they like the team. but all of those agents built for rondo/keehner day 1 and will be rebuilding for rondo in the offseason.

so instead of making a rash decision firing rondo over a scrim, why didnt you talk to him and work things out. or talk to him and work out a mutual firing. instead of backstabbing the person that brought you on to help. i never knew help meant taking over and kicking out. cuz thats what you did. rondo asked you to help and instead of helping you kicked him out and made it yours. maybe you dont have enough friends to start a team from rookie?

you can keep my trapped fb till you find a replacement. but the point is you did trap them. i would of never signed with you. i would of never committed to you. i never did commit to you. i committed to the person you fired now i have no alliance to this team. and like ive said multiple times if you had handled this professionally like an adult, i would gave you chance to work with you. but you handled this like a baby throwing a tantrum so i responded like a baby throwing a tantrum.
