Well you still have 6 boosts, not like you won't move up some. Plenty of teams do well that are low on the EL totem pole. It depends on how the players are built whether that even means anything.

Twin Peaks were 30 last season before boosting and nabbed silver.

There are a myriad of factors which can influence EL. I think the final 4 last season was a bit out of the norm though. Generally speaking from directing the ToC (that is how it is seeded), the higher EL teams fare slightly better.

you can have a great EL and a crap build - an OL with really high vision and confidence as an example

You can have your 1400+ EL..Ill take wins.

or you could have too few AEQ pieces, no % AEQ, low SA investment etc.

Just an observation I have made, the relation is closer in the lower leagues though.

LT is not back full time. I think he just pops (or poops - inside joke from team forum) in to train his guys. I have been trying to keep his team running smoothly since he decided to take a break. I jumped on the team with a few dots when he started it upon his request, and when he decided he was stepping away from GLB, I knew his goal was to return Prussian to CasPro, so I tried to make that happen for him. We had a nice run through last seasons playoffs to get here and I was happy we did it for him. I just hope I can keep them respectable in the top league for him.
