I did what anyone would do. Create a thread for your players in PLFT.

Did you use the marketplace or the PLFT forum?: The PLFT forum is such a clusterfuck I never bothered putting my FAs there. Just put them in the marketplace and got a shitload of PMs/offers instantaneously.

I never look at the Marketplace as a recruiter so I wouldn't expect that to be a great place to put my dots. But maybe you are right there. I guess I think about it differently.

The PLFT forum is mostly for WL/Pro/Reg Pro imo. When recruiting for prep, university, reg minor, ect... the PLFT forum is a waste of time. You have to wade through 50 threads just to find one that is advertising a dot eligible for your team. 99.9% of the time that dot committed to another team 5 minutes after posting the ad. Learned a long time ago from a recruiter's standpoint (recruiting for capped teams) that using the marketplace is much more efficient.

That's why I've always felt that the PLFT forum was mostly useless for minor league dots.

I love me some D.D but I need a bigger break then a couple days.

I'm for shortening the off season a little but I need 2 days to get drunk and recover from a season I screwed up. Then a day and a half for fixing my shitty O Al. then 2 whole days to fix my screwed D Al. That will never be correct.

Having been an owner for 20 someodd seasons, I have to vote no on this idea.

Unless there was some new mechanic in the game that allowed for binding commitments and allows for players to be on the marketplace before the end of the season.
