The real promotion process. You may think that promotion between the casaul leagues is based on records, but the real answer is based on their rating system! Look at the best regional pro teams and their rating. 14 of the top 23 rated went into casual one, but who are they?
. If you look at those teams, they got higher ratings because they were facing poorer competition, and if you look at their effective levels, they are very poor generally 80 or less and IMO effective level more accurately reflects their winning cpactity in their league than their rating system which varies with the competition.

The level 79s I got now are my first and I gotta say....I could slip into a coma and not miss a beat. Good thing I started coordinating several teams. lol
