I have been emailing constantly with support over the last team shift. Basciily it seem like the don't have a clue what the F$$# they are doing and broke the precedent as far as I can tell of casual 1 being the top conference and launching ground into the pros. They "demoted"all the good team to casual B naga where we can kill each other but be faced with only 1 of us again being eligible to move forward. They have not produced any reasonable response, except action in suggestions area that I created. They have decided to ignore me so I think other people need to also complain to support so it doesn't look like just 1 psychotic guy who is the sqeaky wheel and get as many teams and agent to post in the suggestions area. Thanks

I agree that Casual 1 elite should generally have all the 240 teams in one conference to promote up the best among them for a quick ticket to pros, but that is the only example where I think and unbalanced conference structure should be used simply because of the age difference. For RPE 2, the balance this year is terrible.

Bottom line, they have no parameters from my extensive emailing with them. They don't know what they are doing, and it's ironic that all of your building , recruiting, and game planning in the end is subject to the randomness of support in their promotion/ demotion process and their lack of insight in conference balancing. My recconmnedation is continue to email support and post in the suggestions area on promotion.
