Man, how in the world did we get here. Felt like we have been outmanned, outgunned and out coached the last few seasons. Now we get the dreaded bump. Yikes! Could be a long season. Not to mention we are having to recruit and replace a good number of players this season. Anyone have any good medicine to share that will help with my soon to come deep depression. :-)

I started the thread. The formula tha works for regular is not working for casual , look at the numbers.
There are 5 regular pro leagues (including the world which is mostly regular) 20 turnover for 7 semi-pro leagues = 224 teams, 20/224 teams = 10% turnover

there is 1 casual pro = 4 teasm to serv 4 leagues = 128 team 4/128 = 3% turnover. It is 3 x harder to get a promotion in th casual with tis setup

I will add to the post donkey, but if we want to get some action, we need other owners and team memebers to contribute to make it look like it is of concern to more than 2 people, I will put a general heads up in all of the casual forums will alos stir some interest
